I would say less than 1 ounce per burger. It's about 3/16 in ch thick approx 4x4 inches and has 5 holes in it

Do NOT listen to these people saying "about 4oz". A White Castle burger definitely does NOT weigh about a quarter pound. If "18 of them weigh a pound" they are a little less than an ounce and that sounds about right.

I'm sorry, but I'm not good at math. BUT - there are 18 White Castle hamburgers to a pound. Hopefully you are better at figures than I am!!!
