My dad has a 1930's Car Jack that he is thinking about selling but none of us are sure how to find out the value of it. Can anyone please give us an idea of at least where to start?

it depends on what it is- i.e. for shop maintenance purposes, or for the car itself, like if its a for a ford, Chev or Plymouth and so on. if its for maintenance and its all there in working order it might be worth something, or if its for a specific car and its all there and in great working order, it could be worth a little more. what i suggest is look on eBay and search for car jacks and find out some pricing, unfortunately to my knowledge there isn't a car jack collectors price guide for you to look at. hope this helps.

Looks like not much. I found this website for you, and so far the highest i've found is $49 for the purchase price.

Cointact some classic or vintage car clubs, they will help you and not rob you
