Hard working, with a cause & direction in life. Usually this comes with intelligence, which is also a must.
Also independence, but not so independent that she comes across as over-confident. Too much ego is a real turn off.

Are you serious? There are so many things, beyond the sex thing. The mouth is big with me, the hair, eyebrows. A nice belly, and it doesn't hurt if there is a treasure trail (fine hair around the belly button leading downward), a nice round butt.
