Ok, I bought a pair of shoes the other day (Nike Flight), and I have done some intense running in the past few days. All of a sudden my heels are hurting, because my new shoes are rubbing up against them. My old shoes were Nike Shox (High Tops). How do I make the rubbing stop?

Go to a shoe repair shop and get the backs stretched out. Tell them what they are doing to your heel and the tops need to be tipped out at the back.

Wear higher socks, until your foot gets used to the rubbing.

If not, got back to Nike Shox.

Go buy some Air Max instead.

ok i know this is going to sound whacked but rub vasoline on to the back of the shoes and work the shoe back, bending it etc. I do this on my kids soccer shoes when they are new and works for them.

I would exchange them while they are still fairly new. Hope you still have the sales reciept?
