I currently am in band at my school and I play the trumpet and baritone(mini tuba looking instrument a.k.a. euphonium) I love playing music and trying to compose my own music. It is a way of expressing yourself and I feel like music on my instrument is my thing that no one can take away from me. I tried to teach my self how to play piano but I didnt get far and I can play very little on guitar.

Yes, I played the trumpet from 5th grade to Senior year in high school. Although I graduated 10 years ago and haven't touched it since. Plus I am starting voice lessons tomorrow.

Three years of piano, at the time all because my mom wanted me to. All I wanted to do was play guitar, I dreamed of playing like Ritchie Blackmore. If only I had had the smarts to listen and had taken it more serious!

yeh! I've been playing piano for 9 years, and I've been playing the flute for 4 years.
I used to be in a choir, but it was a lot of work, and I wasn't really cut out to be a singer :)

In the fourth grade I took violin lessons.(stop laughing) But after 2wks my mother just couldn't take it any more.

Use to play the accordion, really helped picking up the chicks, and the saxophone.
