It's a book written by the horror author Stephen King, for example "It" or "the Shining". (There are also many films based on his books, which, I suppose, could also be called "A Stephen King".)
And you should tell your parents or teacher about the bully. He's not really going to kill you.

First of all, I don't believe in surrendering to bullies. Not as long as one good swift knee to the groin will render him speechless. However, a Stephen King is a horror author. Tell that to the bully and tell him if he read more and bullied less he just might know that. C.

Stephen King is one of the best fictional horror writers of our time. He is my absolute favorite author.
Good Luck with the bully - maybe avoidance would be a better tool at this point.

He's Also got the rest of the dark Tower comic books coming out And Blaze coming out June12,2007 he's using the pen name richard Bachman He's found this novel receleny in his atic He's also got the novel Duma Key Coming out in january 2008

If he assaults you, call the police and give them the person's name, location, and names of witnesses. Follow up and insist on the person's arrest and subsequent charge for assault and battery. Try to have him jailed, too. You never need to be stronger than the bully. You only need to know the law.
Oh, and if he tries to mock you for having him arrested, merely reply, "Yep, and I'll do it again if you touch me again."
