You have a birthday if you have been born! You just have to celebrate it on a different date for 3 of every 4 years all throughout your life, which can either be a burden or a blessing depending on how you want to look at it. my daughter doesn't have a half birthday, being born on a 31st of a month, and there isn't a 31st in the corresponding 6th month.

I think it would be fun to have a really big blowout birthday party every leap year, and then a 2-day celebration on both feb 28th and March 1st the other years.

Yes. A birthday marks the passing of a year, not necessarily a specific date. If you were born on February 29 one year, the next year, you would be a year older on March 1. It's the passing of 365 days that counts, not the specific date coming around.

In some countries, birth dates are on the first of the year for everyone. When you are born, you are considered One year old. Theoretically, you could be born on December 28, and on January 1, you would be 2.

it would be celebrated on the 28th instead or on the 1st of March, its not really a big deal, but wouldnt it be great if you only aged every four years youd live four times longer lo l:P what nice thought
