the baby begs for his attention and so does his wife.....he barely spends any time with us at all...how can I get him to interact with us and stop neglecting our daughter?

because his work sucks and he wants to get away by doing things that enjoy him.
he can't devote all his life to you and his child. he has one too. although he should spend quality time with his family.

You can't make him do anything he doesn't want to do. All you can do is tell him what you see happening, but most people (like my husband) that get wrapped up in the internet, won't listen. They are too hooked. What you can do, though, is tell him he can either make time for you and your baby, or he can have his computer. I don't want to be a "downer", but he'll prolly choose his computer, and you'll be better off in the long run.

By joining him, apparently. Get to know who his favourite sci-fi characters are. Start quoting from sci-fi dialogues. Wear something like you'd see in a Sci-fi. Your baby is a Space-baby, so she needs some space suit too.

Maybe your boring or too demanding, lighten up a little & try activities that will be fun for you guys as a family. Women who get too demanding and nagging only perpetuate the situation, try & work w/ him to see how he's feeling rather than just what you feel.
