Im very shy, everyday I think about how shy I am. I REALLY dont wanna be shy. It embarrases me. I wanna be loud and everyone to like me. But it is impossible to open up. With the right material to open up, I can be a real loved person and popular. Im..well....skinny, funny, and I want people to know me more. How do I become less shy and not care so much what people think about me?

I'm sure your school offers speech class and acting class.
Take one of those courses. Speech class will help you the most.
That is how I got rid of MY shyness. You get over your shyness of talking to people quickly and easily.

After 6 weeks of that class, you will be able to walk up and talk to anyone!

It's a fun and laid back classroom atmosphere. There is a lot of laughter that goes on. It will relax you. I promise.

First of all, you cannot be both. If you want people to like to you you have to be yourself, and that is shy. There is nothing wrong with being shy. It actually is a very attractive feature in a woman. Nobody likes a loud woman making a spectacle of herself. If you want to make more friends find out where everyone hangs out on the weekends and make an appearance. You will do fine as long as you do not try too hard. That is only going to make you seem fake and / or desperate. You seem very sweet and I am sure that you will do fine. Just smile and introduce yourself or wave to people you recognize. Eventually you will find your circle of friends. Good Luck.

truthfully was in the same position. but over the years u just learn to be confident about ur self and u wont care wat others think or say about u. wat i did was found a group of great friends that r out there and very outspoken. at first i would be the quiet one but over time i learned how to be more open to others. in a way they taught me to be okay with myslef. i think that would help u too. now im still shy but not that badly LOL

well hope that helps and makes sence

find that group of people are person that you want to hang out with then find out what they like and open up with that. You won't have to do much talking but they will start to like you and when they do then find something in common with then.

i tell you from exsperance once you stop thinking about what others are thinking about you and you feel more confortable with who you are then you will start to open up. it takes time but eventually you will start to see a change and you will open up.
