A lot of reasons... may be something loose.... or more seriously like your engine has cracks, and the coolant is getting into it.

More than likely it's just a hose, but it could be a water pump too. The new radiator could be defective as well, it happens.

just look under the car and see what is leaking from?
if it from the hose tight the clamp around the hose.

Could be lots of things..take it back to who put the Rad in and tell them. Have them check hoses and stuff. You can check your overflow and make sure caps are on though.
