when you type something that some one is saying with the qoutes on it like "Type here." would the period mark go on the inside or the out like this "Type here". pleez tell me!!!!!

Generally the period goes INSIDE the quotation marks.

Depends, two example situations would be

she said, "Type here."

OR

the last two words of that page were "Type here".

Situation 1 has the period inside because the quote is a sentence. Situation 2 has the period outside because in that case "Type here" was not a sentence and since it's not the period goes outside. Err.. it's kinda confusing to explain =P

When using quotation marks the period only goes inside the marks if it is a part of the quote itself.
Find yourself a copy of Warriner's English Grammar and Composition, Second Course; from Harcourt, Brace and Jovanovich. I was a Lit. Maj. in college, and I still use my copy when I can't rememer rules of grammar. The book is concise and easy to understand.

I actually write a lot. And the period goes inside the quotes.

Ex.)

"Type here."

if the sentnece is complete once the quote is complete, then the punctuation goes INSIDE of the quotes like "type here."

You have a spelling problem with the word :
"Grammar!"
