Cripes, this deserves the stock answer...

"Does the bear ***** in the woods?"

Why wouldn't you? There is no atmosphere to fog and distort the stars images.

Are you referring to the stars not being in the pics from the Apollo moon landings? If so, go and do 5 minutes reading on photography and learn about shutter speeds and apertures.

If you film in bright lights (like on the moon with massive sunlight off the surface), your camera will not record the stars because you will need a fast speed and small aperture, otherwise the film will overexpose.

Go to a floodlit sports stadium and see if you can see the stars, or photo them.

This is not even photography 101, yet this supreme ignorance of basic photograpy, there being no stars in the lunar film, was put forward as supposed reason to call the moon landings fake.

In space, away from bright reflective surfaces, the stars will shine bright. Why wouldn't they?

As a matter of fact, you can see more stars from space than you can from the ground.

Because your standing in space where the stars are at. Plus It's hard to find proof If you are not in space.
