i have not had t.v. for a while but i want to watch t.v. how do i do that without cable??? any sights would help

If you have a computer with an internet connection go to wwitv.com. There is over 2500 stations available in various countries.

you can download the shows from itunes (if that is what you are asking) You can also download several shows from the network websites for free (cbs, nbc, abc ...com)
You don't need cable to watch TV if you get a TV. Networks still broadcast over the air for free.

You can get small antennas at Radio Shack that sit on the TV. You'll be able to get a few channels.

Buy a TV and get some "bunny ears" to hook up to it. It will only give you a few local channels.
