Why do they hate us? President George Bush posed this question to the American public shortly after 9/11. It is a strong affirmation of the power of propaganda that some Americans still pose this as a serious question, and are legitimately dumb-founded that such antipathy exists toward the United States. Our government, media and schools start burnishing the false notion of American moral superiority into our brains at a very young age. However, beneath the thin veneer of their white-washed accounts of history and current events, abundant sources of information reveal the true malevolence of the moneyed elite who rule America . There is a great body of evidence which obliterates the inane notion that the United States is a benevolent world leader. Despite the ready availability of contrary evidence, many Americans remain blind to the truth about our despised nation, and choose to believe the fairy tale version of "truth, justice and the American Way ". The sad reality is that America is an imperialistic, avaricious war machine ruled by the wealthy. Yes, much of the world despises this nation. Our leaders have virtually assured abhorrence of America, and what's more, they do not care!

ok happy here goes

short sweet and to the point
first off his family is in OIL so all of his $$ comes from oil
his pockets get fatter while we shell out 3.00 a gal of gas
barrel oil prices go down in the stock market yet gas still goes up up up... he wants to put more oil rigs on the coast of Alaska why $$$$$$..... we make enough oil for ourselves just with the rigs we have we also have a surplus stored someplace

second he started a war on no facts just because his dad was a strong leader he thought he had to start a fight to look big but now it has all back fired... we never needed to be there this war for the US is as bad as NAM

he spends money filling pockets of special interest while the working poor just get poorer medicine companies and huge companies are getting all kind of tax breaks for moving out of the us and taking the jobs with them

one company does not pay tax anymore because they left the U.S and he gave them $$ to leave
the U.S is falling apart and he is just getting richer

I am a Republican but not a huge Bush fan myself, I think his speaking abilities are an embarassment to the country. Other than that I really dont have a problem with him. From what I have found they say that 2/3 people dislike Bush, but out of those probably 3/4s can't carry on a debate over a single issue, its as if they hate him because its cool. Basically the phrase "the empty can rattles the most" comes to mind, they talk alot but dont say anything insightful or make valid points.

the haters are mostly brain dead liberals that cannot/will not think for themselves.Unfortunately the democrats after 40 yrs.in power managed to destroy public education (brain dead libs),ruin the black family with welfare, and created a government bureaucracy that is killing this country. The Republicans took over in 1994,however they were not strong enough to
fix 40 years of abuse in the system.Pres. Bush has done a superb job as far as national security and the vibrant economy. It is all about loss of power for the democrats and hope about regaining total control in 2008.They will ruin the country just to regain the power.Go figure?

It is common for folks here to be like dstr and say there is evidence for this or that against somebody but not show it. Obviously this person is a far left zealot who feels cheated because he has been able to attain the status they think they deserve. So they try to rise by lowering others. I don't hate Bush, I don't even hate Ted Kennedy.

Bush is human of course so he makes mistakes like all of us, but he hasn't done anything so wrong that he deserves to be hated. In most of the instances when Bush is blamed, it isn't his fault. It is usually the mayor of the city or some other officials fault. People just look for ways to blame Bush for everything, so instead of taking it up with the actual person who is the cause of the wrongdoing, they blame Bush. Talk about unfair!!!

They think that the other 535 elected national lawmakers in this country have no responsibility with what's going on.

Some Americans hate him because they have lost loved-ones and good friends over in Iraq. Others are afraid that the draft will be reinstated, and that their sons, brothers, dads, etc. will be drafted--and possibly die or become seriously injured.
