Oh April...I have SO many...it's difficult to choose.
I am a mutt...Japanese, German and Irish. That leaves practically a world of fine cuisine.
I'll just go with what I had for lunch.
I had Vietnamese noodle soup...Pho Dac Viet. I could eat it every day.

I'm a Malaysian chinese. Malaysia is a muticultural country. Hence, we were lucky to have such opportunity to savour a palettte of exotic food from each other culture such as Malays, Chinese, Indians and also foreign food from our neighbourhood - Thais, Vietnamese, Indos and lots of good food whatever you name it, we got it !
Malaysians often enjoy each other custom food. A few of Malaysian signature dish is "Satay"( BBQ skewered meat), "Nasi Lemak"(Rice cooked in coconut milk served with spicy anchovy sauce accompanied with boiled egg and fresh cucumber slices), "Char Koay Teow"(Fried flat rice noodles), "Ice Kacang"(Shaved Ice mountain with sweet condiments such as sweetcorn, jellies, peanuts etc) and "Roti Canai" (Indian hand kneaded flat bread served with curries). All I mentioned are 'must-try' if anyone ever come to Malaysia because it is very distinctive in its very own taste where you can't find it elsewhere other than in Malaysia.
I'm a food enthusiast. I do enjoy Malaysian food as well as foreign food.
Food I enjoyed most are :
"Tandoori Chicken" (Indian char-grilled chicken which marinated with spices and yoghurt, served with naan bread)
"Dim Sum"(Chinese traditional steamed / deep fried assorted meat dumplings in bamboo basket),
"Bi Bim Bap"(Korean stone-pot rice topped with assorted shredded vegetables accompanied with chilli paste),
"Tiramisu"(Italian cheesecake made with coffee-liquor flavoured mascarpone cheese and finger sponge),
Spaghetties (those cooked with whipped cream, porcini mushroom and crisp bacon..... yummy!),
Italian pizzas topped with extra Mozzarella cheese and onions,
"Unagi Don" (Japanese steamed rice topped with honey grilled eel)
..... still discovering (^_^)
