In what states can you vote by mail?

These states allow mail-in voting at one level or another, and may have restrictions on whether mail ballots may be used only for ballot questions, non-partisan races, etc. It may also dependent on the county of residence, as in Washington State.

All states have some form of absentee ballots. Oregon is the only state in the Union that votes by mail only.

The only one I know about is Oregon, but there may be more. In Oregon, all the voting is done by mail.

Of course, you can get an absentee ballot in every state, if that counts as voting by mail.

Arizona is one--we also have early voting, absentee voting, and online voting.
