Well I want to lose 17 pounds and I need a plan that lasts a while that has worked for you I cant buy anything like Nutriosystem or any thing like that but I really need to lose 117 pounds. And I need it FAST! please also best answer easily get 10 points. Any one that needs to know I am in track, I walk 30 min a day, and also I dont drink soda, NO White sugar or flour, AND NO FAST FOOD.

Before every meal drink a large glass of water and eat a salad. It can be either lettuce, spinach or fruit salad or plain fruit. You'll eat less junk and fattening food that way. Good luck. Also no carbs after about 6 p.m. You don't have to avoid carbs during the day though.
