All the stores I've been to it's the very soft kind. Whats up with that?

I like to cook with tofu, and I care because when you fry the soft stuff it falls apart. it is so annoying!

Yes, most tofu is softer than what they sold in China town.
There is also a so-called firm tofu that's not so hard..I don't know if there is a Chinatown in Okinawa, this place sells firm tofu.
Ask any stores that sell the firm tofu you are looking for..if not the best thing is substitution.

who the heck cares cuz im from Oki tooooooooooooooooooo! e mail me if u feel like it. who cares about tofu but it is good : p oh and ask me anything besides tofu cuz i knwo most things bout here.
