I'm not sure. Maybe your password is saved. There are ways to get your password. I don't think this is the real issue here. I think the issue is you want your privacy and feel like this is an invasion to that. Talk to your parents calmly about this. Give them reasons why not to look at your myspace. If all else fails tell them you'd like to show them your myspace. Then they won't check it behind your back.

They may have a way of getting your password, like a password finder or something. Why do they keep checking your myspace...do you have something to hide? If not, let them look all they want. If you don't have anything to hide, but you keep hiding, they will do anything to find out what you are tying to hide. So if you don't, tell them to look all they want. Oh, and how do you know they are checking your myspace?

Is it possible that they have been put on your friends list, as someone else. They may have made a ghost profile and are on your friend list. Or maybe they have the tracking program for their computers. Anyway first check your friends list. Hope that helps, peace.

remove it from your favorites list and keep your cookies clean, but really i wouldnt worry about it. They only care, and are concerned about something. Perhaps you should try talking (not yelling about privacy) and see why they feel the need to pry and spy. If you got something to hide, the internet is not the place to do it lol

There is probably a program on the computer that lets them check up on you... they are probably doing it for your safety though so don't worry about it too much, talk to them about it though and let them know how you feel and maybe you will find out how they feel about it

I would go with the "they can probably get into your email acct and see your new password" answer... but

I don't know why everyone is saying "great job parents"! Unless there is a reason that they think you are doing something wrong, it is none of their business. How old are you? That definitely matters.

During adolescence, teens are striving for independence and parents smothering them does not build trust, good relationships, or any sense of individuality or authenticity.

not enuf background info to help- add to your details
1. could you have added someone you didnt know and that is their fake profile to keep tabs on ure life? In which case only add people you are sure u know
2. are u certain they can see it? why? have they given you proof?
3. are u logging out?
4. are they asking any of your friends about ure info?
PS: Dont listen to spiritwalker, what your parents are doing is spying and it is wrong and disrespectful of your privacy and not teaching you how to treat your future children with respect either.
PPS: If all fails, add another profile w/o your real name so they cant search you or privatize all your functions in your account settings, blogs, wall comments, etc.

make a new account and make a new email that way they won't be able to know ur password when you change it and make your myspace private....the only way they could get into your profile is by knowing your password, and the only way they could do that is by having a typing tracker, software that records users typing or when you give your email when you first make that account (its probably there email duhh!!) so change it

All I can think of is that they may have made up a fake myspace account pretending to be a friend or someone random that you might add as a friend.
