The All Steak Restaurant in Cullman, AL has fantastic pan-fried chicken; it's much better than KFC's or Popeye's deep fried chicken (Churches doesn't even make the cut).

This isn't a restaurant, but at church dinners in Kentucky. They can cook, everybody brings a couple of items. All kinds of potatoes, ham, FRIED CHICKEN TO DIE FOR, pies, cakes. YUMMY - YUMMY/// I live in Ohio and I should move and start going to churches down there.

Sylvia's in Atlanta, GA and The Peachtree in Kansas City, Mo. Both places have traditional, southern flavoring (like your grandma would make). They're both crispy and golden brown --- way better than anything KFC or Popeye's could ever dream of making!!
