definitely. life is always full of challenges, and we develop tenacity and strength through reaching our limits, and ultimately extending them further out.

Good gracious yes!

As much as I have hated the process at times, I have felt that we learn and grow most during these times. I do not refer to testing from others. We are not responsible for their actions. We are responsible for our reactions to their actions and that is all. This awareness seems to simplify the survival system!

At times the price of knowledge and wisdom is too costly for the price exacted but we are rarely tested beyond our abilities.

I have also learned, the more arcane the knowledge you are being tested on, the more dangerous the cost of failure. In other words, the greater the gains, the farther the fall.

I thank Allah that so far my health has only been tested once and that my family is of healthy stock.

Yes, I finished a marathon on an injured foot. it was foolish in retrospect, but my limits were tested that day. I cried at the finish line, not because I persevered, but only because I could finally stop running.

I never should have even approached the start line that day.

Yes, too many times for my liking. Some people seem to just like to test others limits. Stay away from them, they will only cause you heartache!

Yes and I've found there are limits beyond those limits, and probably limits beyond THOSE limits. So you might say it's limitless, eh?
