If you don't know for sure whether or not he's happy in bed, then he's not. If he was, you'd know for sure. This may or may not be your fault.
If your husband is "chatting" with other women - I'm guessing you mean women that you don't know - he may as well be cheating. You're out of the loop, sister.
There's no one sure way for a bunch of strangers to tell you how YOU can tell if your husband loves you. But from the sounds of it, it doesn't sound good.

Has sex slowed down with you two on his part,if not he is happy,if it has on his part,does he go out a lot saying he is going with the guys,or work later now than he did or go in earlier,stay on the phone more,talking to girls on chat can be good all so it can help put lead in his pencil for you or it can be bad also if he meets with these girls,if he is happy with you you should know by his actions in bed.
