Can I play music from my laptop by connectinng it to my stereo reciever?.?

I do not have a line out jack on the laptop just headphone and speaker jacks (one each). Laptop is an older dell Latitude.

Hi. It's easy. Get a 1/8th inch stereo cable with male jacks on both ends. Stereo's headphone out to line in (or mike in) on the laptop.
