Sounds like stress not anxiety. There is a difference.
Stress can come from any situation or thought that
makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or even a
little anxious. What is stressful to one person is not necessarily stressful to another.
Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear. The
source of this uneasiness is often not known, or
recognized, which can add to the distress you are
feeling.
A change in diet or hormones can bring on such
distress. Try limiting the amount of Caffeine,
Alcohol, Nicotine, and or other stimulants you may
currently be using in your diet. This should help you
in getting the amount of sleep you need.
If there is a drastic change in hormone level, this
could account for the crying. See your doctor for a
complete physical..Talk about how you are feeling.
If he feels you need further help, that will be the time
to get advise on how to seek it.

Sounds like typical teenage angst. If it gets to a point where you're not able to function, you are easily agitated, or have thoughts of harming yourself then definitely go seek out medical attention. For the time being, try bringing it up your your parents and let them know about the situation. If you have these feelings for days or even weeks straight them I would also recommend visiting a therapist.
Good luck!

There are some doctors who think teenagers are so chaotic because of a brain chemical imbalance which affects their moods.
It is quite apparent you are afraid of something.
Ask your parents to take you to see a doctor first and if there is no physical reason, then to a counsellor.
