it goes in the pink spot go to control panel=sounds audio devices then test your mic

u connect it, then double click on ur volume icon on ur task bar and if ur mic bar is on mute,unclick it and adjust the volume accordingly. It should work fine w/o any driver installation. Cheers!

That's not difficult at all. I could plug my walkman, my cassette deck, my amplifier, my cdplayer, tv, everything into my pc and get them going with my multimedia software applications.
