Ok, the energy of a photon is :

Energy = hc / L

L = wavelength

H = Planck's constant = 6.62.*10^-34

C = speed of light = 3.10^8

So :

Energy : 6.62*10^-34 * 3.10^8 / 4.6*10^-7

Energy = 4.3*10^-19 Joules

Hope that might help you
