Anime artist? Animator? I'd look up 'Japanese animators' or just 'animator.' Because that's basically what anime is- animation. Anime is just a different style of animation.
Now, if you were talking about the drawing style then I'm not sure if you can find a really accurate figure. You could probably use the salary of an Illustrator to fill that in.
