I really like one you mentioned...Eddy Curry.
As a Bulls fan, there were times where he was a star and times he was absoluetely dismal. Now in New York, he is a more consistent player, especially in the rebound department. Now the Knicks have a solid post player and a compliment in David Lee, he may also win the award.
I also really like Kevin Martin to win the award. A huge offensive threat now in Sacramento. He has developed nicely.
I would take Curry to win the award with a slim margin over Martin.

Either David Lee or Kevin Martin
Ok Lee was a bench player... now he is one of the best second year players in the league. What a differance for the Knicks.
BUT
Martin was already a solid player who is now putting up great numbers this year, and is a star.
HOWEVER
I'd say David Lee because the Knicks are playing better this year whereas the Kings are not as good this year.

Deron Williams is getting it done. He is showing why Jazz got him before Chris Paul. I think he is better than Chris Paul but Paul is on a team where he is the best player and they cant make any noise without him. Williams is 2nd leading in assists with 9.3, 2 leading scorer on his team with 17.4, and he also plays solid defense. He gets work done and make big plays during clutch time, just like he did with the Fighting Illini(Go Illini, big fan). Great shooter, passer, defender, free throw shooter. to be more complete he needs to attack the basket scoring and dishing. if that happens hes a mini nash
2. Kevin Martin who was making noise in the beginning of the season. He was my number 1 option of the award until his hype went down and Williams start and continuing making noise put him down to the 2nd option.
3. David Lee great player, has potential if Knicks release couple players for him to get more playing time. He is averaging a double-double with 11.2 points and 10.7 rebounds good player. to be a great complete power forward, needs to increat the block, he is averaging 0.4 blocks
