It's hard to know, without doing one's geneology back to Adam and Eve, who has Irish heritage of some small degree, or not.
But nonetheless, with no apparent Irish heritage, and just a bit of Welsh, I wear green like nobody's business every March 17th, every year, always.

Well I never understood the whole wearing green if you aren't at least a little bit Irish (in your heritage/background). Seems kind of like having a Christmas tree if you aren't Christian...Then again, it's not like there are rules about it. Odd though. Oh well, we're all Americans really.

Well... pretty much everyone at every party or bar on St. Patrick's Day here (a university town in Canada)

Everyone I think. Unless you wanna g all day with getting pinched. Its just for fun. I dont go all out & wear all green but I use a green assesories.
