what would be a good title for someone who manages a company website; designs brochures, postcards, ads, magazine, etc., edits copy; does phototography/photo editing; and other related odds-and-ends? salary info appreciated as well.

As plain as it is, it sounds like they are the Marketing Manager. Salary would depend on the size of the company, location, other benefits received etc.
