Have I been given the boot ?!
If whilst traveling in the Philippines, a guy is talking to a Filipina girl... and she smiles and seems to like you but then after awhile she says to you: "DO YOU KNOW THE WORD 'INGIT' ??" --- has she given you the hint to get lost ?! What could she mean by that ? Any help is welcome. Thanks

You guys have been great. Thank you for all the help. It really was INGIT she had said to me. She yielded to pressure and told me she was asking me if I was jealous of her previous guy relationship. ( this Yahoo Answers thing is really useful. thanks again )

Are you sure ingit or init. Ingit mean sparkly or envy. Init means hot and humid.
