Go see great Irish bands at various bars or places! In the Chicago area, EVERY place is having free breakfasts, great music and dancing, and of course beer and alcohol! Just have fun. Of course be careful too.

Yep. I'm going to join the chorus with green beer and the wearing of the green as well. But doing it at an Irish pub (or which in my area, ANY BAR that will be open), is pretty awesome. Or a kegger.

Have a meal where everything possible is colored green. (I've even seen green meatloaf!) Wear as much green as possible, including green eye shadow. Just have fun, watch a movie like "the Luck of the Irish" and don't forget Lucky Charms for breakfast!

Go green all the way!!! Green beer..green clothes (all articles) and add a tie. Green hair.(wash out stuff)..green footwear.shamrock keychain.....temporary tattoo of a lepracaun..green hat..u can by designer contact lens...even if it`s not st. pat`s related...as long as they r green..paint a cane green to add a kewl look. For the ladies..all of the aforementioned plus...green fingernails, toenails, eyeshadow and liner. Wouldn`t a green catsuit with a green tutu be a lot of fun?? Add your creativity and who u r by the accessories.Sorry..back to the question..go to a bar and refer to above statements.
