If you are shipping USPS, you can go to their website and order them for free. Also other shipping materials are available. Your mailperson will bring them right to your door!

The Post Office, The UPS Store, or Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart would be the cheapest, but if you are already going to one of the other places and they are not located close to the Wal-Mart, then it wouldn't be a bad bargain since you'll be saving money (on gas) and your time.

your local thrift store will collect donations and not know what to do with the boxes.
Go to Kaiser Permanente and talk with materials mgmt and they will have lots of clean, taped and reusable boxes that they will be glad not to have to break down.
