Where exactly are gluclose and other sugars stored before they are used for releasing energy?...AND where and how are they sorred if too much gluclose is obtained and you don't use them???

Assume u mean "Glucose" ??

Its stored in muscles as GLYCOGEN

when we need energy... the glycogen is broken down by a process called "glycogenolysis" back into glucose for use

a) In the muscle cells. Phoshorous from the glucose is used to transfer ADP to ATP. ATP is stored energy.
b) too much too fast is transferred to insulin.

They are running through the blood stream feeding of your cells and if you WILL use them up, or get sick for high sugar!

What gets stored is fat, that in turn gets transformed into glucose when your body needs it
