Is this basketball year going to end up like this past Football year(Ohio State 41-14)?
Most people dissing Florida, then Florida totally obliberating their top pick?

Gimme a break!! Florida got a number one seed for Pete sakes. You're just babbling to hear yourself talk. No one has said anything like that!! If anything most of the "experts" are picking North Carolina to win it all. Where have you been???

While it's true that not many people outside of the state of Florida thought the Gators could beat the Buckeyes for the BCS football title, the same can not be said about the Gators' basketball chances.
A lot of people have them going to the final four, and no doubt a lot of people have the Gators repeating as National Champions.
If "dissing" Florida means picking another team to win the NCAA basketball title this year, then so be it. Everyone's entitled to make a prediction, and there will be people picking against Florida to repeat. But so what? Don't lose any sleep over it.
This "respect" crap is getting totally out of hand. Why get all riled up about someone else's predictions?

Lets hope its that way. I'm all about Florida going back for a repeat championship win, however the NCAA tournament is much harder than any bowl game. I really want Florida to slaughter OSU, but with the way teams are playing right now, I think that neither Florida, nor OSU will even make it to the Championship game.

I don't see many people dissing Florida. I see a lot of the experts picking them to win? Where exactly are you seeing this where they are putting Florida down? I hear nothing but praise about their depth and talent and how they have what it takes to win it all??

Whose dissing Florida???!?!?! They got the number one seed in their region as well as the number one overall seed. They're the defending champs returning everyone, so they won't be the underdog to Ohio State

I haven't heard many people dissing Florida but it doesn't surprise me that a lot of people don't think they'll win. No team has successfully defended their title since Duke in 91&92. It's difficult challenge but I personally think they can win.

Maybe where you stay or OSU fans hates florida after that nation football games. OSU and Florida will battle out and Florida will probably win but it wont be any massacre

It really depends on which team shows up to play. The crappy sloppy Florida or the disciplined, focused team that won the 06 championship.

Actually, Florida is getting a lot of respect. Almost everyone has them in the final four, if not national champs. I don't think they will obliterate any one if they get to the final, though.

I hate to admit it but i have florida in my final four and i absolutely dispise them. their such a show off team, of course i have my Kansas Jayhawks beating them. but the only reason i have florida is cause wisconsin can't even beat ohio st.
