Absolutely. But when where they EVER a good idea? A woman's importance should be placed on her spirit and her mind. "Beauty" contests never really focus on real physical beauty anyway. Fake breasts, lips, hair, creepy silicone cups, high-heels, fake tans, etc... It's all very odd.
