Money can't buy it, it helps alleviate some worries if used wisely but doesn't make you happy. Appreciate the little things, unconditional love for yourself and others. Making other people happy. Don't get wrapped up in material things. At the end of the day, think about what truly made you happy. What are some of you happy memories from childhood? Just take joy in a beautiful day, kids laughing, babies, music, good book etc. Try to enjoy what you have and don't fret about what you don't . Think before you act or speak and that can save a great deal of unhappiness. I hope you find happiness, the keys are love and appreciation. If you have a spiritual side explore that as well.

happiness is being able to find yourself.

Clinical Psychologist Dr. Ellen Kenner
host of The RATIONAL Basis of Happiness ® radio show

"Happiness is not the satisfaction of whatever irrational wishes you might blindly attempt to enjoy. Happiness is a state of non-contradictory joy - a joy without penalty or guilt... Happiness is possible only to a rational man, the man who desires nothing but rational goals, seeks nothing but rational values, and finds his joy in nothing but rational actions... there are no victims and no conflicts of interest among rational men, men who do not desire the unearned.

You don't find happiness, you make happiness. You choose happiness. Self-actualization is a process of discovering who you are, who you want to be and paving the way to happiness by doing what brings YOU the most meaning and contentment to your life over the long run.

True happiness is not attained through self-gratification, but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.
This famous quote on happiness by Helen Keller

Hope is itself a species of happiness, and, perhaps, the chief happiness which this world affords.
This quote on happiness by Samuel Johnson

Realize that true happiness lies within you. Waste no time and effort searching for peace and contentment and joy in the world outside. Remember that there is no happiness in having or in getting, but only in giving. Reach out. Share. Smile. Hug. Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself.
This happy thought by speaker Og Mandino

Being able to wake up in the morning and saying that i'm still alive and i get to live another great day. Tru happyness is also when you are able to say "I"m done" with any project, work, etc.

True happiness will differ from person to person, but i think true happiness is achieving your life's goal and being ok and not disgusted with it.

true happyness is to be alone!! and that will happen when you decide to walk at your way. we must do what we like in life no matter what.. we have to be good quality people and get virtues. in that road lots of people will leave us but we will be happy!! we must be warriors!

i'd say it is being on your deathbed with no regrets. don't miss opertunities, always try your best, correct your faults so you're not always wondering "what if i had done this?" true happiness is brought by love, not money
