I'm no expert on this at all, so this is more of a guess. But, seeing as it's iso-osmotic with blood, it would simply increase blood pressure. Increased blood pressure would decrease activity of the renin-angiotensin system. That would decrease sympathetic activity, decrease Na/Cl reabsorption, decrease aldosterone release, and decrease water resorption.

Seems like a good guess to me.
