How hard did you think it was?
What did you do to study besides buy the review books (Kaplan, Princeton Review, etc.) and take practice tests?
And what did you score?

Thanks

i personally didn't think it was that hard

i took it once in feb 2006, without studying, and got a 27

when i got my results back, i looked at my weak points, which happened to be science reasoning, and practiced doing the test on a CD that came with my review book

by practicing, it improves your ability to think more clearly more quickly

i took it again in June and got a 30

best of luck!

I do not think it is a matter of studying material, but learning the type of questions asked on these type of tests. I took a class that mostly taught you had to take test and look for the clues that they provide in the questions...in addition it taught you how to manage time and strategies. I think the best bet is to learn about the format of the test as well as the question types...then make sure you take lots of pratice tests and look over the questions you missed and understand why you missed them.....

To answer your other question i scored a 30...did not think it was too hard. I took the generic prep course offered by my high school. for the SAT I took a course taught by two grad students who were really smart and then gave great insight into the questions.

Good luck!!!

the ACTs are different in difficulty, and they change monthly. Its really hard to actually STUDY for an ACT, just review the material you've already learned. I got a 31 on my ACT and it was easier than some of the other prep tests I took.

All I did was study the practice books and do a bunch of practice tests. I got a 30.

I thought the SAT was easier. I wasn't as crunched for time.
