Is it specifically stated anywhere, such as in the Bill of Rights? I'm writing a paper.

I do not know if it is stated anywhere but It should be every humans right to the best health care possible weather they can afford it or not.Doctors are suppose to be people who care if people live or die...Not how much of the grocery money they gonna get from you this week. The two things in the U.S. that no citizen should be without because they are poor is food and medical help...No I didn't say----we will give you a little but you gotta go steal the rest.

Yes everyone has a right to get treated for a health issue whether they can pay for it or not, now the best treatment costs money, life saving treatment does too but you dont have the right to get surgery to increase quality of life. im not sure where it is stated.

We have any rights that we can afford to pay for.
Not in the Bill of Rights, sorry.
Even pay for treatments for diseases that there is no cure for. If we are willing to pay, the doctors will treat you.
