The first day of my last period was January 30 and my cycle is usually about 31 days. So right now I am about 10 days late. My boyfriend and I had sex around the 20th of February and he pulled out. We also had unprotected sex this past Friday. I took a pregnancy test this past Sunday (when I was about a week late) and it was negative. Could I have gotten pregnant with my period already being late? And how long should I wait to take another pregnancy test?

Home tests arent always accurate. Take a test at the doctors they are more accurate. If your last period was Jan 30 and your next period is 31 days later you are still very late. Try to wait another week and if you are still late try to go to the doctor. Just try to becareful also. Use protection

There maybe a chance you could be pregnant wait a few days or even a week and try again and do first morning urine on test that will give you the best results. If after a week and still negative you can wait another week and try again or just call your doctor and tell your situation and then they might do a blood test to determine.

Well these things can be funny, try to take another test next Sunday if you havent had your period yet. If still negative I would sudggest to see your doctor because you could be pregnant and it just too early to detect on a home test or something else could be going on.

i took a pregnancy test when i thought i was pregnant and i was alos late with my period...and it came negative...i waited a week...because it was really bugging me....so i made a doctors appointment...and that test came out positive...and now my daughter is 6 months old...i would tell u to take a pregnancy test at the docs office....its a sure thing....the result is right....do it right away...dont wait any longer

I would wait two weeks and try again, it might have been too soon. A blood test from the doctor's would be more accurate, if you would rather know now.

From journey wait one extra week or get a blood attempt. March 10th I have been given a faint effective and went to the docs. (humorous tale: The nurse saved asking if I remembered what shade my urine pattern grow to be and how finished it grow to be. They blended up my urine pattern with somebody else's so as that they saved telling me i grow to be adverse.) I insisted on getting a blood attempt and on March 14th they referred to as and stated it grow to be effective! long tale short, i grow to be approximately 6 weeks pregnant till now I have been given a favorable. Your indicators have been very similiar to mine at first! stable luck and that i wish this enables!

I would test again in 1 week,usually you are excited or stressed so that throws everything out of whack.
