Pujols is rated number one in every league I have seen. The only Reason I mat draft Santana the SP on Minnesota is because there are fewer great starters then 1st baseman. You can usually get a really solid first baseman later in a draft. I had a number one pick in one of my drafts and took Pujols then drafted Giambi in The 7th round and traded Pols for a stud starter and 3B .

Yes -- if you could build a team around a single player, it would be Albert Pujols.

no doubt about it. not only is he the best hitter in the game, he is probably the best player in the game. he is very consistent and always has a nice batting avg. you can guarantee 110+runs 40+ HRs and 120+ RBIs every year.

Of course that is true he is awsome and he helped carry the cardinals to the World Series last year.

Yes...he will give you plenty of HR,RBI and +.300 batting avrg...
