My hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant since last March (making that one yr of trying), I have tried Ovulations kits, charting, taking my temp, I think I have tried everything! Not sure! We have 2 children already, my first pregnancy happen right away and my second took us about 3 months of trying! They are 4 yrs apart. Any advice would be helpful! PLEASE!!! I have gone to the dc. they are going to do test on me to see if I am ovulating, which I am 100% sure I have the last 2 months. My cycles are irregular, I get my A/F about every 28/32 days. What else do you think it could be? I dont understand why we are having so much trouble this time. I dont think our ages are playing a role in it, I am 25 and he is 28. Not sure, any new advice would be helpful! Thank you!

The most logical thing to do is look at your situation and see what has changed since the last time you got pregnant. Have you gained a lot of weight? That is a common thing that happens after prior pregnancies that can effect later attempts to conceive. Even weighing just 20lbs more than you did the last time you conceived may make a difference if your body is sensitive. I
f you smoke, it could be the cumulative effect of the smoking on your eggs, which would age them prematurely.
Have either of you been very sick since last time you conceived (particularly your hubby---any surgery or high fevers)? That could effect sperm quality.
I think along with the ovualtion test, a sperm analysis would be helpful. Those are good starting points to determine if there are obvious problems that can be fixed relatively simply. Good luck!

I have a 16 year old and a 14 year old, and now I also have an 8 month old. I got pregnant on our first attempt. here is how...... First of all, stop having the mind set that you are "TRYING TO CONCEIVE" this will only decrease the chances because you are stressing yourself out. Secondly, make sure that your hubby is wearing boxers not briefs. Thirdly, make sure that you are making love when you are at your peak time ONLY to ensure a good sperm count. You will know you are ovulating when the mucous from your vagina is stretchy, (called threading the needle) This usually occurs about 14 days from the first day of your menstrual cycle. When the time is right, make sure that Hubby ejaculates as close to your cervix as possible, and help his little swimmers make it to their target by keeping your pelvis propped up on a couple of pillows for atleast a half hour AFTER your hubby does his part. Good luck, I bet that this works! IT SURE DID FOR ME!

Sounds like you're trying too hard. You could be stressing yourselves into not getting pregnant. Try forgetting about it for a week. I mean...choose a week at random and go on a little trip. Leave the kids with a sitter and rent a hotel room even if it's for a night. Relax! Don't bring it up...don't think about it... just concentrate on you and your hubby.
I have a son, and I'm pregnant now. I TRIED to get pregnant once, and it just didn't happen. With my son, and this baby...they came as a complete surprise! LOL! Good luck! (and by the way, I'm 42 yrs old!)

On any given month, the prospect of conceiving with unprotected intercourse is approximately 25%. in case you all started your era on the twenty first, than you have got ovulated around the third or 4th of January. You definately had intercourse for the time of your fertile era, so your possibilities are high stable. you would be able to desire to attend till you omit a era of a being pregnant attempt to be precise. So interior the subsequent couple of weeks, in case you omit a era, you would be waiting to take a attempt properly.

Try having sex on your 14th or 15 day of your cycle. . . try some relaxin/stress relieving . . .maybe you need a vacation? Sometimes we get sooo obsessed about what we want - we just forget to just relax. But really do you wanna plan it down to the day? I'd recommend just enjoying your husband - enjoying the family you're blessed to have. Just be patient- you're young and have plenty of opportunities to build that football team/ballet team of yours. God knows what he's doing. . . it'll happen and it will be a beautiful baby. Good luck,
Lis
