what would a good track order be for these songs?

i'm burning a cd...and the order of the songs needs to be, if not close to, perfect. it's a cd of love-like (for the most part) songs that i'm giving to my friend to give to this girl he likes...anyway...here's the list of tracks:

Im pretty picky with my cds. I would put it in genre's. Like put the classic rock first, then the hard rock, then the new school punk, then the radio kind of music. well, you know what i mean. just do it how you think they should go!
