seriously..it hurts so bad..its not my period..its been hurting for some time now...does anyone no wut it is? thanks =)

You need to go to your Doctor. That is where the appendix lives, and that can be chronic but usually just gets worse. Since you are a girl I assume, there are all sorts of pelvic conditions that can couse pain like that, but this is not the palce to find that answer. You probably need some tests like ultrasound but you have to go see you MD first.

It could be your appendix or in my case, it was a kidney stone.
If it feels better when you move around than it does when you're laying still, it probably is a kidney stone.
Either way, you need to go to the doctor or ER and find out..if it's your appendix, it could rupture and if it's a kidney stone it will cause you a lot of pain.

Could be your appendix. You need to go to the Dr ASAP, or depending how you feel, the ER.
It can cause referred pain, and hurt in many areas of your abdomen, but it lies on the lower right side of your belly.
It can be many other problems; see a Dr.

possibly you appendix go get that checked out or it can be your poop moving and that can cause serious discomfort but check with your DR
