It depends on who it is. For the most part I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I usually just tell myself that maybe they haven't read their emails yet, or something is going on in their life and they haven't had a chance to email back.

yes, but it hurts more when you find out the person you have been IM'ing and emailing is a phony who has lied about their age and everything else they told you!
