when i was younger i used to have very thick hair.
but now i'm a teenager and my hair has thinned out a lot.
i heard i might have a hormonal problem.
any suggestions?

to answer your question no i'm not on birth control but i was told maybe if i went on it, it might help. but apparantly not?

You could have your thyroid tested. Have them do an indepth testing on it. My overall testing was good, but I ended up having antibodies attacking my thyroid. I suffer from hair loss

Do you take birth control? I started taking them when I was a teenager and I am convinced that they made my hair fall out.
