so theres this physo guy in my school who stalks alot of girls, including me. one thing i find disturbing is that he looks under our skirts alot. some of my friends already told him in person to stop, but i guess he didn't. some of the girls wore pants because of this. he doesn't stalk me or try to look under my skirt alot but he does sometimes.
this week, since its hot, i wore a skirt (just to the knee) and hes been dropping pens, coins and napkins near me and bending over the fetch. i knew what he was doing but i ignored him.
today i wore a black mini skirt and me and my friends were walking up the stairs. i noticed him following us (me particularly) his face my so close to me and of course he was looking. his eyebrows were like at the bottom edge of my skirt and his face only 5 inches away. i felt violated so...
I turned around and said in a loud demanding voice, "Are you trying to look up my skirt?" "don't do it, thats very perverted of you." at least 15 people heard that.

OMG! I would have beat the crap out of the guy! haha THROW DOWN!
I hate perverts. When I was in grade 10 there was a guy in my english class who would masterbate openly in class. GROSS.
You should get a bunch of girls together and talk to a trusted teacher. If that teacher does nothing go to the principal. If the principal does nothing time to bring in the parents.
This not something that should NOT happen in school. You are suppose to be there to learn and study not to be violated.
I hope he stops. Is there an older male who can maybe tell the guy to back off or else there's going to be trouble? Putting a little scare into the guy wont hurt!

No, it's not mean! You should have slapped him.
Tomorrow go tell the principal of your school. Get a signed piece of paper, with the signatures of all the girls you know that has been one of his victims. Show it to the principal the next day.
Or, maybe you all could arrange to go to the principal's office together.
He is really sick and needs to be put in his place.
Hopefully, expelled.
Maybe the school can make him get therapy. If this isn't stopped, in a few years he could be raping girls on top of this. Yikes!
If the school doesn't help, then all of you girls should get together and tell some really strong guys about it. Maybe they could warn him. If he doesn't stop, then the guys could beat the crap out of him. Just enough to scare him and make him stop.
Good Luck. That's terrible.

No its not mean, its being assertive. You should get as many girls as possible to call attention to his behavior as loudly as they can when he gets too close to them because he will become more bold as time goes on and probably move on to something worse than just looking. If you have any guy friends walk with them, and someone should let a counselor know that this boy needs to be talked to, or the girls who have had issues with him may have to have their parents involved.

You should tell someone of authority there before it escalates to something very serious. Do all the other guys do this or is it just him? If not try to get the guys involved so that they can protect the ladies there. If all fails get a group of girls and guys and beat the Sh*t out him.

what was his response?
was he in denial?
did he run away?
did he say sorry?
it depends on his reaction, if he was embarrassed then you should pull him to the side, apologize for the way you came at him, and tell him he can't be doin stuff like that.
if he was a jerk about it, then leave it alone until he comes around again being perverted and have some of your guy friends punk him.
then again, when girls dress slutty, they do it for attention, so you can't get mad if he's given you the attention you deserve when you dress the way that you do, there's ways to dress summer-like w/o being too slutty about it attracting those types of guys!

No, this is not mean. It was the right thing to do. If you hadnt told the guy this, then he would never have stopped and he would have kept being a pervert. Good Job!!

If he is consistently doing these things, to you or anyone else then you should report him to the administration. It's called sexual harassment and no one should have to put up with it....if it were me I probably would have turned and kneed him in the face and said "oops, I didn't know you were that close."

Nope, not mean. In fact it sounds like what you said was long overdue. If he keeps bothering you, ask your school counselor about it. She/he can take care of the problem before this guy gets really weird.
