Wrestler... I'm starting to like Randy Orton as a heel which means he's probably going to turn soon.
Heae diva? Ever since Micki James went face I have not favorite heel diva.

RAW - Edge (but only because I don't consider The Great Khali a heel at the moment)
SmackDown - JBL (announcers can still be heels)
ECW - tie between Marcus Cor Von and Kevin Thorn
TNA - no favorite (because I never considered Abyss a heel, and I don't know what to make of Raven and the Serotonin stable)
Throughout the 21st Century
RAW - Undertaker
SmackDown - Big Show (unless Undertaker was a heel at the beginning of his time there)
ECW - Big Show
TNA - Samoa Joe
From 1981 through 1999
WWF (they didn't have to change the F to E until after 2000) - tie among Andre the Giant, Undertaker, and Bret Hart
WCW - Bret Hart (who led the nWo in late 1999 until he was forced to retire due to a concussion in 2000)

Orton and Edge are the best current heels in wrestling today in my opinion. The best heel ever was Hogan. Victoria is the best diva heel.

Christian Cage is the best at selling a heel character. A close second would be Carlito (too bad he's a face now).
I thought Trish was great as a heel.
