I like victorias secret, but I do not know if they make them small enough for a 7th grader. You also might want to look at target they have some cute stuff.

Basic solid colors in any brand, just not white, because there are way too many things that could go wrong there. Boyshorts are covering without being up to your belly button high, and many brands make them.

well. when im changing for gym i dont look at other girls undies...theyd probablly call me les/bi or something.
its just plain rude to look at someone else changing anyway so it really doesnt matter what brand she wears.
